If your baby has already arrived, then we don’t need to tell you how important sleep is to being able to function as a human being. And if your baby has not arrived yet, you’ll find out soon 🙂 The thing about sleep and babies is that depending on how old your baby is, what they are going through developmentally, and what philosophies you want to uphold in your home, all mean that helping your baby sleep better looks different for everyone! That’s why here at Mom Smart Not Hard we aim to provide sleep resources and education and NOT just quick fixes, because they typically don’t last. Our goal is to support and empower you towards promoting better sleep from an educated standpoint and with a toolbelt full of strategies.
